Consultation Questions

Yes. The first consultation is free. We walk the property, listen to what you want, and talk through options, materials, and what is realistic for the space.

Book a consultation. We visit the property, agree the scope with you, and send a written quote. Once it is approved we schedule your build.

It depends on the size of the build, the materials, permits, and the weather. You get an estimated schedule with your quote and a firm start date once it is signed off.

Cost follows scope, materials, site access, and ground conditions, so there is no single figure. After the consultation you receive an itemised written quote with no obligation.
